PM 05-03-03-a: Notice of Adverse Action

WAG 05-03-03-a.

If a unit's benefits are reduced or stopped because a member is excluded, send the unit a 10 day timely notice. The notice must inform the unit of:

• the member being excluded,
• the reason for the exclusion,
• the actions, if any, the unit must take to end the exclusion, and
• the unit's eligibility and benefit amount.
