DASA facilities are listed on the DHS website at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=31196. To view the list of facilities licensed by DASA from the link, click on the DASA Quarterly Report Licensed Providers by County, City, Township (pdf) link. Teen Challenge and Reformers Unanimous International are not listed on the website but are certified by DASA.
If FCRCs learn of a facility not listed on the website that are requesting food stamps for their residents, contact the Bureau of Policy Development. Do not deny them the right to apply for benefits.
The Bureau of Policy Development will work with DASA to determine if the agency meets the requirements.
