new manual textThe DHS Division of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery (SUPR), formally known as the Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA), provides inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment services. Individuals receiving these services can qualify for Food Assistance (SNAP/State Food) benefits if all other eligibility factors are met.
