Description
This is an IMHPAC Subcommittee that reviews services for persons with mental illness who are either being detained and processed into the criminal justice system and require diversion and mental health care and treatment or who have been adjudicated and are being served in correctional facilities. This subcommittee reports back to IMHPAC on issues of concern and recommends service improvements for advocacy.
