Description
This standing IMHPAC committee is responsible for receiving and reviewing applications and nominating members to be members and officers of the Council. The committee is responsible for: nominating persons to serve on the council; selecting persons to serve as officers of the Council; for drafting such amendments to the Bylaws as may be needed; recommending to the Council the removal of any officer or member who is no longer qualified to serve, and, for orienting new Council members.
Meetings
This committee meets regularly at 4:00 PM on the fourth Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noted.
WebEx arrangements vary and are announced and posted on the Committee Agenda several days before the meeting.
