PM 04-02-01-c: No Child is Requesting Assistance

WAG 04-02-01-c.

When a child meets all the nonfinancial requirements to be eligible for All Kids Assist and lives with a parent(s)/caretaker relative, the adult(s) can receive Family Assist or FamilyCare Assist in an adult-only case even if the child is not requesting or receiving any type of assistance. An adult-only Assist case can include no more than 2 eligible adults (see PM 04-02-01).

Nonfinancial eligibility requirements for the child must be verified even though assistance is not being requested for the child.
