When you learn a pregnant woman had a miscarriage, an abortion, or signed an adoption agreement while receiving TANF Adult-Only Cash, delete the woman's spouse, if on the case, and SWAP the case to Medical for the calendar month immediately following the fiscal month the pregnancy ended (see WAG 18-02-02).
