04/21: Critical Conversations- Antiracism @ Work

What: The Chicago Poetry Center uses poetry to facilitate critical conversations in the workplace. Utilizing a Healing Circle style approach to facilitated conversations, curriculum designers and lead facilitators Greg Geffrard and Marty Connell have designed a curriculum that engages participants with contemporary poetry to build dialogue around racism in our daily lives.
