PM 03-06-05-b: Notifying the Client of Exception Policy

WAG 03-06-05-b.

A notice regarding the exception reasons and a request form are centrally sent to active clients when they have reached their 57th month of countable TANF benefits. Complete the notice and give it and a request form to an applicant for TANF, including a person on medical requesting a SWAP to cash, if the person's counter is 57, 58, or 59. When the person's counter is 60 or more, give them the request form only. Explain time limit policy.
