In reviewing the NOFO for the ISC's that was issued yesterday, it appears that an error may have been made regarding the monthly payments for ISSA. There is a huge disparity for Area D, and a smaller disparity for Areas A, and J. It appears that the minimum payment numbers were carried down from AREA C to AREA D. It appears that the dollar amount for almost all of the areas is 894.19 per client, while the dollar amount for area D is 427.21. Is this an error for AREA D, and if not is there an explanation as to why this area is less than half of the other areas?
