PM 03-02-03-a: Proof of Residence

WAG 03-02-03-a

Get proof of Illinois residence before approving SNAP benefits unless the persons:

• are homeless, or
• are migrant farmworkers, or
• are new arrivals in the area.

After approval, only get proof of the customer's address when there is conflicting information.
