GATA Technical Assistance Learning Management System

The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) team has created the IDHS Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) Technical Assistance (TA) Learning Management System (LMS). The GATA TA LMS was developed during state Fiscal Year 2020 by a partnership between the Illinois Department of Human Services and The University of Illinois at Springfield in order to provide technical assistance and navigation of the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act and the grant application process for the human services community. The GATA TA LMS is available for self-paced online learning, with an instructor in a physical classroom or in a virtual classroom online. The GATA TA LMS consist of six modules and the estimated time to complete all modules is 32 hours.


Instructions

Step 1: Go to the GATA TA Learning Website

Step 2: First time users: Sign up

  • Type your Email.
  • Type your First Name.
  • Type your Last Name.
  • Enter a Password.
  • Then Re-enter Password.

The Username and Password are case sensitive.

  • Then click on Sign Up.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your account. If you do not receive this, check your SPAM folder. If you need help click, First time logging in? Need help?

Step 3: If you have already signed up and confirmed your account: Login

  • Type your email.
  • Type your password.

Step 4: To get started, click on Workshop Overview.

If you need any assistance all you have do is click on Get Support under Tools.

Fill out the technical support ticket and click, Submit.
