PM 02-08-06-a: Subsequent Receipt of Expedited Service

There is no limit on the number of times an applicant can receive expedited service, provided they meet one of the following:

• They meet any verification and eligibility requirements they did not meet during the initial expedited benefit period.

OR

• If they received expedited service before, they must have since been approved for and received SNAP benefits under regular SNAP application processing rules.
