IDHS/SUPR Provider Payment Update

The Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) acknowledges that payments to some of our funded organizations are currently behind. As you can imagine, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our processes for generating payments. Please know we are doing everything we can to ensure organizations are paid as promptly as possible for the critical services you provide.

We recognize the strain this can put onto our funded organizations and are actively working on processing all payments as quickly and efficiently as possible and hope to resolve this issue soon.

The Division understands that all needs are urgent, but if the delay in payment to your organization becomes increasingly more urgent, please utilize the SUPR Help Desk at DoIT.SUPRHelp@illinois.gov and we will respond to all inquiries in the order received.

Contacting our fiscal staff directly can cause even further delays in payment processing.

As always, we appreciate the entire network of providers who have worked tirelessly through the course of this pandemic to provide services to our most vulnerable citizens. The Department values your commitment and dedication day in and day out.
