As a part of our mission, the Division of Developmental Disabilities seeks to maximize opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to work in competitive integrated employment.  The resources on this page will provide the latest information on the Division's efforts toward Employment for people with developmental disabilities.

DDD Supported Employment Providers

The Division is providing a list of DDD Supported Employment providers that also provide employment services funded by the Division of Rehabilitation Services (Supported Employment, Milestone & Customized Employment). We hope this list helps individuals with I/DD understand the options available to them when searching for an employment supports providers provider. Updates to the list will occur at least quarterly, and the update date will be noted in the document.

If you are a DDD Supported Employment Provider and your agency is not represented on the spreadsheet below, please notify Casey Burke at casey.burke@illinois.gov.

The email should indicate:

  • Verification of the legal agency name
  • Does the agency have a contract with the Division of Rehabilitation Services for Supported Employment? Note Yes / No
  • Does the agency have a contract with the Division of Rehabilitation Services for Milestone? Note Yes / No
  • Does the agency have a contract with the Division of Rehabilitation Services for Customized Employment? Note Yes / No
  • Agency City (Headquarters if multiple locations)
  • Agency Zip Code
