WAG 01-07-07-f: Appeal of Lien on Real Property

PM 01-07-07-f.

1. (BOC) Sends Form 2491 to schedule pre-hearing meeting when notified of appeal of decision to file lien on real property.
2. (BOC) Conducts pre-hearing meeting.
3. (BOC) Completes Form 102.
4. (BOC) Sends copy of Form 102 to HFS Fair Hearings Section, Family Community Resource Center, client, and client's representative.
