1. Schedules and conducts pre-hearing meeting.

   NOTE: Family Community Resource Center staff are not required to attend.

2. Provides client and client's representative with documentation and records upon which restriction decision was made.
3. Completes Form 102.
4. Sends copy of Form 102 to HFS Fair Hearings Section, Family Community Resource Center, client, and client's representative.
