Dear DRS Customer or Provider,
At the IDHS, we are committed to ensure the health and safety of customers, providers and staff. We are writing to share some important information regarding timesheets.
Effective immediately, DRS local offices will be staffed on a limited basis. DRS offices will not be open to the public and will not be staffed every day. IDHS Staff will ensure that timesheets are processed timely and accurately. Although IDHS Staff will be in the office on a limited basis, the preferred methods to submit timesheets are by e-mail or U.S. mail.
Staff will generally be in the offices during the weeks that timesheets are due, but schedules may vary. As a reminder, below are the timesheets due dates for each pay period through the end of the calendar year:

*Timesheet due date falls on a weekend. Please ensure timesheets are signed and delivered prior to the stated deadline to guarantee timely payment.

We encourage you to use the DHS Office Locator at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?module=12 and select "Rehabilitation Services" and click "Find Offices" to find the proper mailing address of your DRS local office.
Timesheets sent via email must be sent to the Customer's HSP counselor or HSP case coordinator. If you need the correct email address, please call the local office. You can obtain the local office phone number by using the DRS local office locater link above.
If you need to visit a local office to drop off a timesheet, please contact your DRS counselor or coordinator to arrange a mutually agreed upon time for drop-off. When visiting the office, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
