This issue of the CILA Rates Update represents data through June 30, 2020.  Please Note: The financial numbers (dollar amounts) reported in this edition of the CILA Rates Annual Update are approximately 25 to 30 percent higher due to temporary rate and rate formula changes implemented in March 2020 due to COVID-19. These temporary adjustments were in effect on June 30, 2020 when the data for this report was developed. As such, a comparison to previous year's or future year's financial numbers may not be compared for an accurate change in last or next year's funding data.
