Updates MR #20.10 Revised Medical Program Standards dated 3/26/2020.

Summary:

The Family Assist values for 2020 are updated.

The Family Assist values are updated via this MR. The new values were published in MR #19.13: Increase in TANF Payment Levels.  The Family Assist values are effective 10/1/19.
