Heads Up! Effective 04/16/2020, All Family Community Resource Centers (FCRCs) Are Closed Until Further Notice

Effective 04/16/2020, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all FCRCs are closed until further notice.

The IDHS website and Call Center will be updated if there are changes. Customers may also continue applying for benefits through ABE.illinois.gov.

Signs on the doors of closed FCRCs instruct customers to mail documents and verifications to the Central Scan Unit, P.O. Box 19138 Springfield, IL 62763-9138.
