Pregnant Teens Doula

Program Objectives

To improve outcomes associated with adolescent childbirth and parenting. These outcomes relate to the health of adolescent mothers and their children and to reductions in health care costs associated with high-risk adolescent births.

Target Population

Pregnant teens in selected areas of the state. Medicaid-eligible teens who reside in high-risk areas and are at increased risk of poor pregnancy and birth outcomes.

How to Apply

The Pregnant Teens Doula program is administered by the Ounce of Prevention Fund. If interested, please contact one of their providers.
