New User to the District Send the new user information to Darlene Loydrake.
Password Reset Send the following link to the user:
Trouble Entering Hours Make sure the Work Site Agreement is completed and approved.
Not able to see Students

Make sure the correct provider is selected if user handles more than one.

Make sure the school(s) that these students attend are associated to the provider.

Make sure the user has the correct school(s) selected (or all deselected) on the User Information page.

Make sure they are only counting hours entered after the eligibility start date.

Make sure the time has been entered correctly on the timesheets.
