Information Memo

Summary:

  • On 01/16/19, CN 19.01 (pdf) was mailed informing customers that the Mason County FCRC would be consolidating with the Fulton County FCRC. This consolidation will not occur.
  • CN 19.02 (pdf) will be mailed on 01/28/19 informing customers that the Mason County FCRC will remain open.

  • CN 19.01 (pdf) was mailed to customers serviced by the Mason County FCRC on 01/16/19 informing them that effective 01/28/19 the Mason County FCRC would be closed. The notice informed customers to contact the Fulton County FCRC for assistance with their case. This consolidation will not occur. The Mason County FCRC will remain open. 
  • CN 19.02 (pdf) will be sent on 01/28/19 informing Mason County customers that the consolidation with Fulton County FCRC will not take place. If the customer contacts the FCRC regarding the client notice, staff should explain that the consolidation did not take place and that the customer may continue to be serviced by the Mason County FCRC.
  • Copies of CN 19.01/CN 19.01S (pdf) and CN 19.02/CN 19.02S (pdf) are attached.
