How to get to this page - Schools menu link on the Home Page.


  • Each provider has a school or schools assigned to them through which they serve STEP students.  A responsibility of the Program Advisor is to make certain that the correct schools are listed per provider based on the provider contract.  The user can add or delete a school from this page.  Adding a school requires a school search.  If the correct school is found it can be assigned to the provider.  To delete a school from the list the user needs to select that school and then they can delete it.
  • If the user searches on a different provider the school list will change based on the schools assigned to that provider.
  • The changing of the fiscal years is when this task is performed most frequently.
