WAG 25-15-00: Which Offices Certify & Maintain Which Programs

The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) automatically transfers pending applications and approved cases to the appropriate offices as shown in the table below. In the event that work needs to shift between offices other than described below, staff may have to transfer the cases manually.

**Department on Aging (DoA) cases are also considered to be LTC.  However, they are not routed to MFO because they live in the community and may be included in an IES case with other programs and persons.
