• The SOC details and Employer details are carried over from the job title selection and the employer selection. 
• The Employment Details are optional. 
• The Wage Details are required. 
• The Earnings Details are calculated by the system. 
• The Separation Details are to be entered only when the customer is leaving that employment/placement.
