Within 90 calendar days from the date of the hearing notice, the Assistance Hearings Section must:

• hold the hearing;
• make a decision; and
• let the client, the Family Community Resource Center, and BQC know the decision. The notice tells the client and any other SNAP unit members the reason for the decision.

NOTE: Any delay of a hearing extends the 90-day timeframe by the number of days the hearing was delayed.
