WAG 24-04-03
The Reconciliation Process is a way to:
- address the reasons why a client failed to comply with a CSE requirement; and
- allow the client to show compliance.
Complete the process when:
- the client fails to comply; or
- a disagreement cannot be resolved.
When a person fails to cooperate with child support enforcement, Form 1611 (Notice of Failure to Cooperate) is posted in Mobius.
Start the reconciliation process immediately, but no later than 45 calendar days from the date DCSE posts Form 1611 'Notice of Failure to Cooperate' in Mobius.
