When a client in an active case states that they refuse to meet CSE requirements:
If the client later states they are now willing to meet CSE requirements, the penalty no longer applies. If the family is on a 94 or 96 case, have the client sign a Request for Financial Assistance (Form 2905). SWAP the Medical case to cash and add the client. If the family is on a TANF Cash case, have the client sign a Request for Assistance for Additional Family Member (Form 243) and add the client to the active cash case.
