PM 22-11-03: Spanish Forms and Materials

WAG 22-11-03.

Post Spanish posters and provide Spanish pamphlets in the waiting areas of designated and migrant local offices.

Provide Spanish materials to SLUs.

SLUs are required to complete a written Spanish version of Request for Financial Assistance - Medical Assistance - SNAP benefits at initial application and at SNAP REDE. SLUs are not required to sign the printed combined application form (CAF).

Staff who conduct application interviews must verify that the language preference recorded on the application form, or in AIS, is correct.
