PM 23-03-03-b: Asset Overpayment (SNAP)

For cases not in Mid-Point Reporting status, use the amount of assets as of the first day of the payment month that benefits could have been changed had the client reported it.

For Mid-Point Reporting units, use the first month of the new approval period that could be affected had the client reported the information on their REDE application.

For categorically eligible cases, there is no overpayment due to assets because assets have no effect on eligibility (see PM 05-07-00).
