On-the-Job Training (OTJ) is provided under a contract with an employer or registered apprenticeship program sponsor in the public, private non-profit, or private sector.
Occupational training is provided for the customer in exchange for reimbursement for the costs of providing the training and supervision related to the training.
Customers participating in On-the-Job Training are provided case management and supportive services.
