WAG 20-08-14-a.

The basic rate is made up of:

• support costs - administration, dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and utilities;
• nursing and program costs - the variable needs of the residents; and
• capital costs - expenses relating to ownership or rental of the facility.

BLTC annually distributes the rates to the facility.
