PM 20-10-00: Physical Rehabilitation (TANF, AABD)

WAG 20-10-00

Rehabilitation services are covered for TANF and AABD customers. Rehabilitation services may be inpatient or outpatient. The following requirements must be met:

• The customer must have a major physical disability that probably will be greatly improved by rehabilitation.
• The customer is not eligible to get services from another agency, such as the Department of Rehabilitation Services, the Division of Services for Crippled Children, or the Veterans' Administration.
• The customer's physician must approve the rehabilitation services.
• The customer must be motivated to benefit from the rehabilitation
