WAG 20-04-02: Provider Requirements

PM 20-04-02.

1. (BCHS) Secures agreements from medical providers who send bills to Springfield.
2. (BCHS) Approves provider participation.
3. (FCRC) Tell providers who contact the Family Community Resource Center about participating in the medical program to contact BCHS.
