Example: Ms. O has an active All Kids Share case in IES for her daughter with an existing certification period of Jan to Dec. The REDE for this household is current. Effective Sept, Ms. O requests medical coverage for daughter #2 who qualifies for Assist. Due to the EDG size increase, daughter #1 now qualifies for Assist. Both children will be enrolled in Assist through Dec. January benefits for both children will be based on REDE information. Because Ms. O did not report a change in household income, proof of income is not required.
Example: Mr. C has an active All Kids Premium case in IES for his daughter with a certification period of Jan to Dec. Effective April, the income standards increased due to change in the FPL. Mr. C requests his daughter's eligibility be recalculated based on the change in the income standard. The REDE for this case is current, and Mr. C does not report a change in household income. The change in the income standard is sufficient to shift his daughter to All Kids Share. Proof of income is not required.
