PM 18-03-08-a: Required Verifications

WAG 18-03-08-a.

Require proof of application for a Social Security card and of income before adding the person. Also verify immigration status, if the person is not a U.S. citizen. (Verification of immigration status is not required to add a pregnant woman to an Assist case.) If questionable, also verify relationship and living with a caretaker relative. Allow a deduction from income for day care expenses and support payments paid, if the person provides proof of the payment.
