PM 18-03-03-b: Client Fails to Provide Verifications

If the newborn's mother receives medical, add the child to the case until age one year. At age one, review eligibility for Assist. Delete the child at age one if the Family Community Resource Center does not have the written request and the required verifications and the child is no longer eligible due to continuous eligibility. A written request is needed. However, do not cancel or delete a U.S. citizen child under age 19 from medical if proof of U.S. citizenship and identity is not provided and the child is otherwise eligible.

If the newborn's mother does not receive medical and the client fails to provide what is needed (other than proof of U.S. citizenship and identity) to add the newborn, deny the request.
