PM 18-01-03: Denial of Additional Benefits

WAG 18-01-03.

Deny a request for more cash benefits, a special payment, or a substitute parental care or supplemental child care payment, if the client does not meet eligibility requirements. Deny a request for additional benefits if the client withdraws the request.

Deny the request for additional benefits if the client does not cooperate in providing needed verifications and will not allow the Family Community Resource Center to obtain them.
