Deny medical benefits for applicants who do not meet the program requirements for AABD, Family Health Plans, and GA.

Community Spenddown Case

Deny a Family Health Spenddown case, unless:

• spenddown is met for at least one month of the 12-month enrollment period, or
• the case is eligible without a Spenddown for at least one month of the 12-month enrollment period.
