PM 17-03-04: SNAP Applications

WAG 17-03-04.

Determine the cause of the delay when a case file is complete but SNAP benefits are not issued within the 30-day period. If the disposition is delayed, send the SNAP unit a notice of pending status on the 30th day after the application date.

Authorize SNAP benefits based on the cause of the delay, the eligibility of the SNAP unit, and how much time has passed since the application date.
