PM 17-01-04: Written Decision

WAG 17-01-04

Give the applicant a written decision about the application. It is important to meet the timeframes for processing applications (see PM 17-01-01).

The decision must be to approve as eligible, approve with ineligible persons denied, deny as ineligible, or approve as presumed eligible. TANF cases may be presumed eligible (See PM 17-02-01-b).

Give a written decision for each requested program when a person applied for more than one. If the applicant has an approved representative, send them a copy of the written decision.
