The Child Support Enforcement Program provides services for dependent children under age 18 who have a noncustodial parent or alleged father.
Cooperation in child support enforcement activities means an action required of the minor parent to identify and locate a noncustodial parent, establish paternity, or obtain support or any other payment or property due a person for whom benefits are requested.
See PM 24-02-00 for more information about child support requirements.
