For an AABD client who receives AABD Cash or SSI due to blindness, provide allowances for the following special services:

• A guide for recreation or reading service. The monthly maximum is $1.05.
• Additional clothing and personal essentials for any months that the client is attending the Illinois Visually Handicapped Institute. The monthly maximum is $21.
