PM 10-04-00: Special Budgeting Situations (Cash)

WAG 10-04-00.

For the following persons' income, different budgeting policy applies.

• Ineligible parents living in the home.
• Parents whose income is diverted for an ineligible dependent in the home.
• A spouse who is excluded from a TANF unit that includes their spouse.
• Parents with a minor mother living in the home (Parent Liability).
• Parents who are excluded from the TANF case due to disability income (Parent Liability).
