PM 10-02-00.

Eligibility determinations are made centrally via data entered by Family Community Resource Center staff.

The data is entered in the system in one of 3 ways:

• the Automated Intake System (AIS); or
• the Automated Case Management System (ACM); or
• through submittal of Authorization of Assistance Action (Form 552) and Grant/Food Stamp Eligibility and Grant Computation Information (Form 2943) (IPACS).
