Jury duty pay may be received from the coroner, federal district court, or circuit court.

1. Budget as earned income jury duty pay that is not exempt or excluded. Do not budget:
   • payment less than $30 per quarter that cannot be reasonably anticipated;
   • reimbursements for expenses, such as transportation, meals, parking, and lodging;
   • any portion of jury duty pay the member gives to the employer in return for wages.
2. Allow the earned income deduction.
