PM 08-02-06-q.

The PASS payment is in the SSI check.

1. (FCRC) Complete Discrepancy Referral (Form 1925).
2. (FCRC) Send Form 1925 to SSA Programs Control.
3. (CO) Excludes the person who gets PASS from central budgeting.
4. (FCRC) Deduct the payment from the SSI check amount when budgeting.
