Notifies the FCRC of:
- whether the trust is revocable, irrevocable or exempt; and
- if resources held in the trust are countable; and
- if the terms of the trust permit income disbursements.
(FCRC) Upload HFS OIG analysis to the case.
For NH, SLP or DoA HCBS (AABD, ACA)

- Complete and upload form HFS 3654A; and
- make sure all verifications are uploaded to the case; and
- complete referral to OIG fields in IES.

Uploads LTC-ADI Directive and resource verifications to the case.

Completes form HFS 3703 Report of OBRA/Irrevocable Pooled Trusts.
(HFS OIG LTC-ADI)
Send HFS 3703 to the HFS Bureau of Collections (BOC) Technical Recovery Section (TRS).

Initiates recovery action of the trust proceeds.
